Arthritis and nutrition: Arthritis is a term under which it classifies more than a hundred diseases. The most common symptom of arthritis are: stiffness and pain in the joints, which in some cases may also restrict their mobility.

Special advice for Gout
With the advice that I have said so far, try to apply the following measures to eliminate joint pain coming from gout:
Omega 3 fatty acids reduce inflammation, and daily eat oily fish because it is a rich source of these two fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA).
Eat plenty of foods high in beta-carotene (orange and yellow fruits and vegetables), vitamin C (citrus fruits), vitamin E (vegetable oils, fruits, seeds, legumes and egg yolk, or take vitamin E as a dietary supplement) and selenium (integrated grains, fish, and nuts);
Eat cherries and berries, such as blueberries. This is an excellent source of proanthocyanidins, substances that help reduce inflammation of the joints caused by gout.
If you drink alcohol, drink or reduce it completely.
