However, according to the new research grapefruit, in fact, has shown as extremely effective in reducing insulin levels and accelerating the weight loss process.

How Grapefruit diet work?

During this diet, dieters should eat half portion of grapefruit before each meal or to drink 225 ml non-sweetened grapefruit juice. Calories are limited to about 800 calories a day. Most complex carbohydrates are prohibited, except those who are on the text of recommended foods. However, you are allowed to eat unlimited amounts of meat for lunch and dinner, you can freely eat bacon for breakfast and consume large amounts of vegetables. Diet lasts twelve days. Then make a break of two days, and repeat the diet.
