We spent 15 years ago we spent in searching for the best recipe, asking chefs, trying out everything, hanging out with lot of boys and girls. And you know what? We did it! If you follow this recipe you will get lasagna that you will neither find here nor to Naples.
Dear ones, here it is the best recipe for lasagna:
Needed ingredients:
One Packaging Barilla lasagna (enough for 2 times)
For the red sauce:
– 500 grams of mixed ground meat
– Next Premium tomato juice
– Spices: basil, rosemary, bay leaf, pepper, salt, sugar
For the Béchamel sauce:
– 200 grams of flour
– Half a liter of milk
– 50 grams butter
– 200 grams of fat hard cheese
Preparation:
Red sauce:
– Fry the meat in oil thoroughly, and add salt and pepper. Dispose of the grease that the meat has released it.
– Add Next premium tomato juice (if you use another, you will have to cook further and season with sauce and therefore we do not advise it)
– Add spices: tablespoon basil, 3 bay leaves, a little pepper, a little salt, rosemary and a little bit sugar
– Cook on a low heat for 20 minutes and remove from heat

Béchamel sauce:
– Place the milk in a large non-stick saucepan,
– add bay leaves, onion and nutmeg and bring to the boil
– in a separate saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour
– beat well and cook for 2 minutes
– remove the milk from the heat and add a little to the flour mixture
– add a little salt
– Sauce should be thick like dough for pancakes, not dense.
– then you have your béchamel sauce ready
Composition:
– In a square baking pan on the bottom put a little oil and a little flour
– Cover the entire surface of the pan with the Lasagna
– Pour a third of the red sauce and béchamel sauce over it
– Arrange the lasagna over the whole surface
– Pour the sauce again and then lasagna again
– Pour the rest of the two sauces over the lasagna
– Put in a hot oven for 20 minutes
– After 20 minutes remove and sprinkle cheese over the lasagna
