Delicious pumpkin muffins for holidays

Try delicious pumpkin muffins from the proven recipe masters in restaurant pastry and sweet cuisine.
These muffins are really easy to make, My children LOVE these .

Necessary ingredients:
1/5 cup flour
1 cup wheat flour for pastry
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of baking soda
pinch of salt
little nuts
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup whole milk
1/3 cup whole milk
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/5 teaspoon vanilla extract
half a cup of melted butter
half a cup + 1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 eggs

For the dressing:
half a cup granulated sugar
2 tsp ground Cinnamon
little nuts
6 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Grease the muffin tins.
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon in small bowl.
Stir until well blended and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and butter.
Add the eggs one by one, beat each egg well in the mixture, and then add the pumpkin puree.

Finally, add a mixture of powdered ingredients and whisk just until blended. Do not overmix!
Spoon into muffin tins (3/4 full).
Remove from oven and cool on a plate.
Dressing:
While the muffins are baked in a shallow bowl, mix crystal sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Allow the muffins to cool off just a little bit so you can hold in your hand, brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Tip: If you like bigger pumpkin muffins, you can increase the amount of baking powder to 1/5 teaspoon of baking soda and half a teaspoon, but if you prefer a sweeter taste, put 3/4 cup of brown sugar.
