Delicious Strawberry Cream Cheese Mini Wraps

These delicious strawberry cream cheese mini wraps are perfect way to satisfy your sweet cravings.

Here is the recipe how to make them:

Ingredients:

1 box Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Pie Crust

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup powdered sugar

12 teaspoons strawberry jam

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Roll out each pie crust and form a squar by trimming the edges. Cut into 6 equal squares.

Add the cream cheese and the powdered sugar in a medium bowl and beat them using an electric mixer.

Use a knife to draw a square on diagonal so it’s shaped like a diamond, with one tip at the top and one at the bottom, within the square, cutting across the corners of the dough. Take 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture and spread it in each square to form a line from the top corner of the square to the bottom. Spread 1 teaspoon of jelly over the cream cheese. Fold the side corners in and over. Place on a baking sheet. Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough.

Bake for 15 minutes (until the crust is lightly browned).

First, you start with a Pillsbury™ piecrust. Use a pizza cutter to trim the edges off and make it a square. Instead of tossing that glorious piecrust scraps in the garbage you can use them to make not-so-pretty strawberry cream cheese wraps, or little mini cinnamon roll bites.

Cut the large square into 6 smaller squares.
