With this simple 3-Day Diet Juice – detox plan, result is elimination of toxins produced by food you normally consume. Also, your skin will be rejuvenated thanks to all  healthy fruit and vegetables they consume in your juices. And most importantly, you will feel a lot of energy and excellent mood.

 

Diet Juice Day 1: 

1 cup unsweetened green tea

Breakfast Day 1:

Grapefruit Juice with Apple

2 pieces of apple, cored
2 pieces of grapefruit juice

 

Lunch Day 1:

Green Juice Detox

3 pieces of orange juice
1 piece lemon
2 sprigs of celery
1 cup of spinach
water needed

 

Snack Day 1:

1 glass of lemon water
1 tablespoon of chia
Dinner Day 1:

Carrot juice and apple

4 pieces of carrot
2 pieces of apple, cored
1 cm ginger

 

 

Diet Juice 2:

1 cup of green tea sugarless

Breakfast Day 2:

Juice Burn Fat

2 pieces of grapefruit juice
2 pieces of orange juice
1 cup raspberries
2 cups pineapple, diced
1 cup water Natural coconut

 

Lunch Day 2:

Green Juice

1 cup coconut water and natural
1/2 cup kale or collard greens
1/2 cup spinach
1 piece of apple, cored
5 mint leaves

 

Snack Day 2:

1 glass of water with cucumber lemon
1 teaspoon of chia
Dinner Day 2:

Antioxidant Juice

1/2 cup red grapes, seedless
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup raspberries
2 tablespoons flaxseed

2 pieces of green apple, cored
2 cups coconut water or a natural
3 sprigs celery
1/2 piece of cucumber, seeded
5 sheets of mint

 

Lunch Day 3:

Tomato Juice

3 pieces of tomato
3 pieces of carrot
1/2 cup spinach
2 cm fresh ginger

 

Snack Day 3:

1 glass of lemon water
1 tablespoon of chia

 

Dinner Day 3:
