Quick end Easy Apple Cake. If you need to prepare a dessert quickly, and do not want to complicate your life this is your cake.
Ingredients for Apple Cake
1 sheet puff pastry (which sold fresh or frozen)
1 kg apples
1 little butter
cinnamon sugar and mixed
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
On a baking tray covered with baking paper (parchment paper roll out the thawed pastry sheet following the manufacturer’s instructions, and if fresh must do nothing).

We put the cake in the oven and bake about 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees oven fanless, until apples are golden brown; If your oven has fan bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes (If apples are not tart golden let a little more time in the oven)
Remove from oven and let cool.
Once cool paint with apricot jam that you previously heated for 2 minute in the microwave to make it more liquid.
