Baked Tofu Dumplings, Veggies Love Them
Tofu Dumplings, this is one of the best recipe end is easy for preparation.
Healthy and delicious tofu dumplings baked in oven.
500 gr Tofu
400g Wholemeal bread crumbs
To taste Tomato chopped
To taste Chopped onion
To taste garlic chopped
2 eggs from (humane egg farms)
To taste Salt
Process in blender all the ingredients,until left with the right consistency, except the breadcrumbs
After processing the ingredients, put ingredients into a bowl and added the breadcrumbs and knead everything until you have a suitable consistency to make balls that form the meatballs.
Form the balls with your hands and put on a baking tray with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
