Homemade Vegan Meatballs Recipe

500 Gr Cauliflower
200 gr Broccoli
1 cup Couscous
2 cups cooking broth
1 tsp Oregano
2 tablespoons flour
1 tsp garlic powder
Oil for frying
Cook broccoli and cauliflower. After the cooking and letting it sit a bit, we put a glass of couscous in a bowl and add two glasses of broth of the previous cooking, cover and let stand 10 minutes.
With broccoli and cauliflower ready, we put them back into the food processor and mix. Add the result of grinding the two ingredients in a bowl and add the couscous we had moisturizing, by mixing all ingredients.
