You will need to:
1 onion.
1 tbsp. olive oil.

2 cups milk.
400 g fresh or frozen broccoli.
100 g natural yogurt or cream.
3/4 cup grated cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Heat oven to 200 ° С.
Finely chop the onion, cut the fillet into medium pieces. Cook the broccoli in salted water for 10 minutes.
In a frying pan, heat the oil; add the onion and the mushrooms fry until the mushrooms soften for 5 minutes.

You will need to:
5 chicken thighs without skin.
1/2 cup of rice.
2 cups hot chicken broth (optional).

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
