Quinoa And Cheddar Cheese Salad

Quinoa and cheddar cheese salad is very easy to prepare, quinoa is actually cooked about 20 minutes. Once it is cold in room temperature about 45 minutes, you can use your favorite ingredients and the dressing that you like. I have put it: carrot, cherry, corn, tomatoes, and olives. ½ cup quinoa

10 cherry tomatoes
¼ cup corn
10 black or green olives
1 large carrot (chopped into small pieces)
Cheddar Cheese to taste ( at least 3/4 cup )grated
Extra virgin olive oil

Cook the quinoa according to package directions (about 20 minutes). Let it cool about 45 minutes.
In a salad dish put the quinoa and the rest of the ingredients, decoration with grated Cheddar Cheese, put extra virgin olive oil to taste.
