Vegan Pineapple Coconut Cake Recipe
2 cups flour
1 cup water
1 cup pineapple puree
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoons cinnamon (powered)
1 cup shredded coconut
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 package sugar vanilla
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Mix the sugar vanilla, pineapple puree, brown sugar and coconut oil.
Water and the flour add to the mixture alternating. For the end baking soda and vinegar.
Mix all together, on the end put shredded coconut and mix again.
When all the ingredients are fused together pour the mixture into a papered pan.
Bake at 350F for about 25 minutes or until you get a golden color.
Even warm can be spread with a little homemade jam.
