2 sheets puff pastry for pie
3 large tomatoes
0.50 lb. Organic Swiss chard (200gr)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Method of preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Extend one of the puff pastry on a sheet of vegetal bake paper.
Refouler the swiss chard and keep it.
We chop the tomatoes in very small cubes and we do the same with the zucchini and the onion.
Put the extra virgin olive oil and then put the tomatoes, onion and zucchini in a frying pan over medium heat until the onion is soft.
Remove from the heat and add the swiss chard.
We put the mixture on the first sheet puff pastry for pie ensuring that it is placed of homogeneous form on all the puff pastry.
We put the second sheet puff pastry of pie and we close the edges with the help of a fork. Spray little with a mix of olive oil and water the entire surface.
With the same fork, we make a hole in the upper sheet pastry so that the pie breathe when it is in the oven.
Place the pie in the oven for about 25 minutes at 180º.
