Broccoli and tofu cake
Broccoli and tofu cake is tasty and ideal to eat at any time of the year, a very cost-effective and looks very good.
Vegan recipe: Broccoli and tofu cake
2 medium pieces of broccoli
1.1 lb. of hard tofu (500 gr)
0.35 oz. garlic, minced (10 gr)
0.35 oz. onion, minced (10 gr)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon yeast
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons oil
Chop the broccoli and place in boiling water for 5 minutes (burns), shred tofu on small pieces.
Then mix broccoli, flour, cornstarch, tofu, onions and garlic, yeast and spices.
In an oiled mold put the dough mixture, lead to oven for 45 minutes at 320 F (160 C).
