Slow Cooker Vegan Black Bean Chili

Slow Cooker Vegan Black Bean Chili is delicious and easy recipe to make; you can have a healthy lunch or dinner with this vegan black bean chili recipe, here how to do it:

Ingredients

Slow Cooker Vegan Black Bean Chili

2 Cups Black Beans
1 medium leek
1 TBS Olive Oil
2 medium Onions
1/2 Red Pepper
50 grams tofu
2 large carrots
1 package Chili Seasoning
3 clove of Garlic
1 TSP Cayenne Pepper
1/2 cup tomato juice
3 TSP Corn Starch
Salt and Pepper

 

 

 

 

 

Preparation

Put all ingredients into slow cooker and turn on high. Cook 3-4 hours.
Once done, correct with salt and pepper.
