Vegan Banana Bread
This vegan banana bread is the best you’ve ever tasted, simple and easy to make, it’s my favorite. Here it is the
vegan banana bread recipe:
5 ripe bananas (medium) or red bananas if you have.
1 tsp baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
250 gr organic all purpose flour
½ cup almond milk
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
100 gr brown sugar
½ cup chopped nuts
Mash all the bananas until they are completely smashed.
In a bowl add one by one all ingredients (except nuts) by mixing well at each step.
Place in a mold, add the chopped nuts and bake at 350ºF for 25 – 30 minute
Store in a tight container to keep fresh.
Note: Banana bread can be frozen for 1 month
