5 Minute Vegan Mayonnaise with Aquafaba

Ingredients:

130 ml liquid from 1 can of chickpeas

400 ml of vegetable oil

Pinch of salt

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

 
Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a jar and beat with a hand blender until emulsified, it took about 5-6 minutes. Once the mixture has emulsified. Put in the refrigerator. After a few hours in the refrigerator acquires better consistency. It lasts about 7-10 days.
