Vegan Tofu Feta Cheese
No-Bake vegan tofu feta cheese recipe, which you can use for vegan Greek salad, and other summer refreshing salads.
1 tofu pack
1/2 cup of light wine vinegar or rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon of dry basil
1/2 teaspoon of powdered garlic
1 teaspoon salt
Almond Milk Recipe
1 cup almonds
4 cups of cold water
1 tablespoon unrefined oil
1 tablespoon organic malt syrup
Put almonds in boiled water, for 3-4 minutes. Then remove almonds from the water and then remove the shell. Mix almonds with the remaining ingredients and grind in the blender for 1-2 minutes. In almond milk, you should add a little cinnamon or ground vanilla flavor.
