Vegan Cauliflower Cheese Patties Recipe

Easy and simple vegan cauliflower cheese patties to make for 4th of July, it is crispy, delicious and perfect vegan recipe.

 

Ingredients

24 oz cauliflower

2 cups panko bread crumbs

1 cup grated vegan cheddar cheese

Chickpeas drained and rinsed from 15-ounce can.

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 tsp coriander

 

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 390F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Chop the cauliflower into small pieces and cook it by steaming.

Once the cauliflower has cooked add it to a food processor and mix. Put the rest of the ingredients and mix again just enough until they are all combined.

With your hands make a ball from the mix carefully and put on the baking tray and mold into a round shape. I make about 10-12 patties from this but it will depend on what size you want them to be.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, then flip the patties and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown. To keep their shape allows cooling for 5-10 minutes before serving.

You can serve on 4th of July that vegan cauliflower cheese patties or store in a container and put in the fridge for up to 2 days.
