Vegan Banana Pancakes
Healthy vegan banana pancakes, no egg, no lactose, no gluten! What’s more, the best thing is that it looks extraordinary! If you have companions or family with some intolerance or you experience the ill effects of any of them, this is your formula for vegan pancakes.
Ingredients for Vegan Banana Pancakes
1 medium banana (ripe) or red banana
250 ml/ 1 cup water or almond milk
150 gr/ 1 cup of rice flour
Cinnamon to taste
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
1 tbsp. baking powder (gluten-free)
Preparation for Vegan Banana Pancakes
We put all the ingredients into the container. In the first place, the banana, or red banana, cut into 3 or 4 pieces, water or vegetable milk, vanilla essence to taste, cinnamon and we start to beat. With the blender in advance, we started to include the flour and, at long last, the baking powder. We blend extremely well for maybe a couple minutes. It must be a thick mass, that the spin which frames the blender when blending is little.
We can go with them with agave syrup or with homemade jam; they are so easy and delightful!
