Vegan Refried Beans

This Vegan Refried Beans are a healthy and inexpensive dish and is simple and easy to prepare. It is also an essential complement to tacos, nachos, and burritos in the traditional Mexican kitchen. Here is the Vegan Refried Beans recipe:

3 tablespoons oil
3 cups of canned beans
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon chopped fresh Coriander
1/2 cup water
Medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Tabasco sauce



In a huge frying pan, heat the oil over medium-heat. When hot, add the onion and garlic, fry until they start to color. Then upload the beans and 1/2 cup of water. Cook, stirring and wreck the beans with a fork or with a potato masher until the beans are a thick paste, min 15 to 20. Add extra water as needed to keep the beans from sticking and to reap the desired consistency. Add coriander, cumin, and vinegar. Season with Tabasco and salt to taste.
