2 white onions

Method of preparation
Put the Chicken Bone in the large stock pot, then wash and peel the carrot, onion, and garlic, then chop the whole vegetable into large pieces and add all the ingredients into the same stock pot.
Then cover with filtered water, and put the lemon juice to extract the maximum of minerals from the bones, consider that water should cover all ingredients by at least 3″ and should leave a place at the top of the pot at least 3″ to allow for expansion.
Simmer the vegetables and chicken bones for 6 – 12hours.
Then remove chicken bones and vegetables from broth. Then set aside chicken bone broth to cool.
