2 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for four hours

2 cup of water

4 tablespoons of tapioca flour or starch

2 teaspoon of nutritional yeast

2 teaspoons of Himalayan sea salt

1 cup refined vegetable oil

2 teaspoon agar powder

1 cup soy yogurt

Preparation:

Mix cashew nuts, water, nutritional yeast, soy-free yogurt, vegetable oil, and two teaspoons salt in a mixer, mix till smooth. Place this mixture in a massive bowl, and cover with a soft textile. Leave at room temperature between 20 and 30 hours.

After standing, pour the mixture into a medium pan. Beat the tapioca agar and flour; heat over medium heat, stirring often. Cook till the mixture is thick for regarding 5-10 minutes.

Place gauze over a saucepan; pour the recent cheese mixture and spread out the mixture equally. Cover with a gauze. Cool within the refrigerator until firm, regarding 3-4 hours.
