Homemade Soy Yogurt Recipe with Your Own Soy Milk
How to make homemade soy yogurt? For those who have health problems and cannot use cow’s milk, we recommend soy milk … but that’s expensive but there is a cheaper variant, that’s to make your own soy milk and soy yogurt at your home.

1. The soybean is soaked in the water for more than 10 hours … until the soy has swollen enough. Then use a wooden spoon to make a good mix, or to smash that mixture, when better-mixed milk is is denser. Meanwhile, add the stirred mixture to 2 liters of boiling water and mix.
You will have plenty of foam; remove the extra foam from the pot. Cook for some 7 min. on a relatively strong fire and then shut off. Put the pinch of salt. Take another bowl and cloth then drain the whole mixture. Squeeze well the contents into the cloth to squeeze everything out.
2. The liquid in the pot is your soy milk. You can put a little natural sweetener and then cool if you don’t want to make soy yogurt then pour into bottles and put in the fridge. That’s it.

In hot soy milk you can put a natural sweetener as desired and let it cool to a 50 C, then put the soy yogurt package original 100 grams. You can leave it to be natural, and optionally add the vanilla flavor, and you can add some fruit. Now place this pot of yogurt in the oven at 40 C for 6 hours and then remove from the pan and leave at room temperature for 5 – 7 hours and finally in the fridge. And that’s it….
