The Ricotta – Vegan Cream Cheese Recipe
Today we’re going to get a little cheesy…we’re making Vegan Ricotta Cheese! It’s quick, easy and delicious.

VEGAN CASHEW RICOTTA CREAM CHEESE RECIPE
2 cups of raw cashews (soaked)
1/2 of water
3 tbsp. of brewer’s yeast
3 tbsp. of lemon juice
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
Pinch of salt to taste
We leave the cashews in soaking for 4 hours.
Drain the water from the cashews and grind them with the rest of the ingredients, you’ll need a blender, and mix until creamy and smooth.
